Data Storage
Easymind VR stores information related to the user’s emotional state and personalized sessions exclusively on the user’s device. This information is not stored in the cloud or transmitted to external servers. Additionally, we as developers do not have access to this information.
Use of Data
The stored information is used exclusively to generate personalized relaxation activities based on the user’s emotional state. The emotion recognition process includes:

Voice-based emotion recognition: The user repeats a phrase provided by the application, and the recording is sent to the HuggingFace API, which analyzes the detected emotion using an artificial intelligence model. The application only stores the result of the recognized emotion.

Manual emotion recognition: If voice recognition fails, the user can manually select the emotion they identify with.
Additionally, the stored data can be viewed in the user’s profile, displaying detailed information about their progress within the application.
Data Security
We strive to protect the information stored on the user’s device. However, it is the user’s responsibility to ensure their device is protected against unauthorized access.
